Shipping & Returns

Orders received before 10am Sydney time generally will give us enough time to get your order out on the same day. However, due to the occasional uncontrollable issue, we may (rarely) need an extra day to process and ship your order.

Shipping Times & Postage Costs

Australia Post Express Post is an overnight service to all areas except rural and regional areas. You can check whether or not your post code qualifies for overnight express by Australia Post on their website.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post Express Post for a flat rate of $9.95

Returns

Because of the nature of our goods and service, we do not offer any returns unless the package is damaged or something is wrong. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to discuss the issue.
We are unable to offer refunds or returns within reason as our goods are consumables.
